Law Students
At Wallace Saunders we strive to give our summer associates a varied experience in litigation, workers compensation, and business law depending on the law student’s interests and our future needs. In addition to legal research and writing we allow our summer associates to gain meaningful exposure to the legal profession. A typical summer at Wallace Saunders includes attendance at mediations, depositions, hearings, and if schedules permit, attendance at trial. In addition to the work, social events are planned to allow both members of the firm and the summer associates to get to know each other and allow the summer associates to understand the culture of Wallace Saunders.
Wallace Saunders seeks summer associates with strong academic credentials and superior written and oral communication skills, as well as a good sense of humor. A candidate's prior work experiences and extracurricular interests are also considered. We seek candidates with the ability, character, judgment, personality, energy and commitment to develop into wise counselors, effective advocates and valued colleagues.
Thank you for your interest in Wallace Saunders summer associate program. Our on-campus interview schedule for the upcoming year occurs during late August and September. It consists of both initial on-campus interviews and a series of call back interviews at our office.
