Karl Kuckelman devotes his practice to corporate and business areas. Karl has been with Wallace Saunders for more than three decades. A long-standing leader, he was elected partner in 1998, was elected Managing Partner in 2010, and was elected to serve multiple terms on the firm’s Executive Committee. Karl is the Chair of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group and Business Litigation Practice Group. Karl represents a diverse mix of organizations and individuals, ranging from corporations with national operations to closely held businesses. Karl advises start-up and long-standing businesses in formation/dissolution, structure, governing documents and corporate strategy. Karl serves as the lead attorney in drafting and negotiating a wide-variety of business-to-business transactions, including operations and merger and acquisition transactions. Karl works closely with clients to manage their legal needs both in and out of the courtroom in commercial litigation matters.
