Diane chairs the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group. A strategic and innovative problem-solver, she has successfully represented hundreds of professionals from nearly every medical specialty. Diane is also an accomplished commercial litigator, having been lead counsel for hospitals, nursing homes, and many other healthcare providers involved in business disputes—a unique skill set built on her strong background in economics. From physicians to dentists and from nurse practitioners to medical assistants, Diane has earned a solid reputation for legal work on all things medical.
