Michelle Voss’ legal career spans 3 decades. Michelle has practiced before the Administrative Hearing Commission, the Division of Workers’ Compensation, the Labor & Industrial Relations Commission, Municipal & County Courts, both the Western & Southern District Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, & the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. Although she has experience in many areas of law, including governmental affairs, real estate & corporate transactions, landlord/tenant, subrogation, & general civil litigation, the focus of her practice is and always has been workers’ compensation. Michelle has represented clients from all sides of the workers’ compensation claim, from the Second Injury Fund, to Employers/Insurers/Self-Insured Employers, to Claimants; all of which have provided her with a well-rounded perspective & wealth of insight & knowledge into the relevant issues that may arise in any given claim.

Get to know Michelle
Michelle loves to read, particularly mystery & crime novels. She loves to spend time on the lake, camping, boating, & water skiing. She also loves to travel & spend time with her family, 3 children & 2 grandchildren. Michelle’s favorite part of the week is Sunday night card night at her parents’ home with her siblings, children, nieces, nephews, & anyone else who might show up for some friendly competition.
