Robert defends employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. He handles all stages of claim litigation including investigations, depositions, mediations, preliminary hearings, trials, and appeals.

Growing up, Robert worked for his family’s small manufacturing business. The experience left him with a personal understanding of the burden work injury claims impose on enterprise. He works aggressively to minimize exposure and neutralize claims against his clients.
