Tim Emerson’s background is about as multi-faceted as it gets. After serving in the United States Marine Corps, Tim began his nearly 20 year legal career representing plaintiffs and claimants. He went on to counsel individuals and companies, both in private practice and as in-house counsel for one of the country’s largest insurance companies. Today, the Kansas Workers’ Compensation Fund is among Tim’s many valued clients. Tim’s diverse experience gives him the unique ability to be a problem-solver while zealously protecting his clients from economic harm.

- Tim served for over a decade on the Board of Directors for Rainbows United, Inc., an organization devoted to helping children with special needs

- Deeply involved with Church, Tim often engages there in both service and recreational activities with his wife and their four children
