Bryan E. Mouber
Bryan Mouber has over 20 years of experience working with clients in heavily regulated industries. In addition to working closely with these clients to achieve their corporate and business goals, he guides them through litigation in state and federal courts on both sides of the state line with an emphasis in financial, drug and medical device, and environmental litigation involving petroleum storage tanks. He has extensive experience in every phase of litigation and takes a pragmatic approach to each phase to achieve results.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Mouber used his finance degree as an analyst. During his time in practice, he taught the law of commercial transactions, including commercial paper, bank deposits and collections, property law, documents of title, investment securities, and secured transactions to senior-level accounting students at the UMKC Bloch School of Business for six years. He continues to serve as an arbitrator for FINRA to assist the investing public and securities industry in resolving disputes.
