John Ross is a Partner of Wallace Saunders. He is Chairman of the Professional Liability Practice Group and Co-Chairman of the Transportation and Trucking Practice Group. John has been practicing law since 1992. His practice concentrates in the area of general civil litigation, trucking litigation, business litigation, and professional liability.

John is highly regarded by his peers and provides counsel to individuals, insurers and businesses, including Fortune 500 companies, in litigation matters throughout Kansas and Missouri. He represents truck insurers and self-insured trucking companies, including a Fortune 100 package delivery company.

John represents numerous types of professionals including: accountants, attorneys, appraisers, abstractors, directors and officers, insurance agents and brokers, and investment/financial institution agents and brokers. His representation includes matters ranging from defending claims of professional negligence and malfeasance to representing professionals before professional licensing boards.

John also represents insurance companies in several jurisdictions in complex insurance coverage matters, including environmental coverage cases. He is licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri, and has been admitted pro hac vice in other jurisdictions.

Never one to shy from a challenging opportunity, John readily takes on clients of all sizes and statures in varying jurisdictions to do what he can to make matters right for them. He enjoys the longevity he has developed with his clients over the years. He values the opportunity to protect his clients’ business interests, whether in the courtroom or boardroom.
