Kevin has 25 years of private practice civil litigation experience. He has first chaired somewhere close to 50 civil jury trials between the state and federal courts of Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma. His practice focuses on the defense of personal injury claims, the vast majority of which involve automobile negligence, premises liability, product liability and other torts.
