Our Operations in Response to the COVID-19 Situation

As coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to be an extremely dynamic event, Wallace Saunders is actively monitoring the situation to minimize the impact on its employees, clients, and our local communities. Currently, we have not experienced any significant disruption of our essential operations, but rest assured that we are taking appropriate steps to ensure that our resources and technology are in place to support our critical processes so we may continue providing excellent service to our clients.

These steps include:

Implementing remote work capabilities that will enable us to continue providing communication with and service to our clients, whether that be via phone, email, etc.;

Monitoring all federal, state, and local health authorities and the courts for compliance with the latest Orders regarding COVID-19 and its related restrictions and closures;

Keeping our clients informed about the status of their cases in light of the changing legal landscape due to recent court restrictions and closures.
